New Moms Group

 

Come join our in person New Moms Group where you can connect with other new moms, share experiences, and get support.

Our expertly led group offers a warm and welcoming baby friendly environment for moms to bond over the joys and challenges of motherhood. P.S. You're welcome to bring your newborn, toddler or other children, you're also welcome to join if you're expecting!

Your Vibrant Pregnancy Workshop

This is a free workshop for ALL trimesters of pregnancy with a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist & Perinatal Expert, Dr. Mbong Henry on how to keep your core strong, staying active while navigating back pain, and having a healthy pelvic floor throughout your pregnancy!​

6:15pm - 7:15pm Free for everyone to attend.

Whether you are having your first baby or need a little refresher before the next one arrives, this 2 hour class will help you build a personalized toolkit for coping with labor.

Breastfeeding Basics Class

​

This class will cover essential topics such as understanding how breastfeeding works, mastering latch and positioning techniques, recognizing when and how long your baby needs to nurse, boosting milk production, and taking care of your breasts.  This class is perfect for first-time breastfeeding parents. | 10:30-12:00pm  Free for Haven Clients , $100 Non-Clients
