Our Amenities

  • A queen-size bed to help you find comfortable positions during labor, and so the whole family can cuddle up once baby arrives.

​

  • Music and lighting: Connect to our Bluetooth speakers and control the lighting in your room to create a soothing environment that works for you.

​

  • Extra-large shower can be used for aqua therapy during labor.

​

  • Safety equipment: It is there, but it’s not the focal point of the room; it includes medications, oxygen, IVs, and emergency supplies if needed.

​

  • Room to move: Eat what you want, wear what you want, and bring who you want.

​

  • Pain management options: Nitrous oxide, TENS unit, birthing balls, aromatherapy, and many more options to help you feel comfortable during labor.

​

  • Hydrotherapy / Birth Tub: A deep soaking tub that eases pain and relaxes tension.

​

  • Japanese toilet with heated seat and built-in bidet are in every birth suite.

ABOUT HAVEN

Haven was founded in 2024 by women for women. Our owner, Sara Fawson, has worked in women's health and birth care in the Triangle, NC area since 2018 and wanted to create a space where women receive the care and education that allows them to make good decisions about their bodies and their health. Our model of care is accomplished by taking the time for our patients to listen, assess their needs and educate them on options. We offer a full range of women's health services and a well equipped birth center in close proximity to WakeMed Cary where women are able to deliver their babies in a warm and comfortable environment with competent healthcare providers who follow the midwifery model of care.
